- 1 small package Dream Whip or
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 1 package Jello Instant Pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- 1 large Fugi apple
- 1 large red or brown skinned pear, slightly underripe
- A wedge lemon
- 1 pound individual wheel brie cheese
- 24 sesame Melba toast rounds, any brand
Cheesy Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 pounds red potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Coconut Topped / Cream Cheese Sheet Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract or for more of a coconut flavor, add coconut extract
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1/8 cup coconut milk - optional
- FROSTING - I DOUBLE THIS
- 1/4 cup butter,softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or coconut extract is good as well
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut- for toasting and sprinkling on top of the frosting
Layered Fresh Apple Cake

Toss apples, cinnamon and 5 tbsp
- FOR APPLE MIXTURE:
- 4 large baking apples, peeled and diced
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 5 Tablespoons sugar
- FOR CAKE BATTER:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh

Jumbo Cheesy Italian Meatballs

Make the meatballs: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and brush a baking sheet with olive oil
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 3 1/2 cups torn stale Italian bread (about 1/4 loaf)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1 small bunch parsley, chopped(about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
