- 1 6-ounce can low-sodium tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 to 4 3 to 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/4 to 1/3 1/4 to 1/3 cup dairy sour cream
