Kathleen's Brownies

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9" square pan
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
Washington Cream Pie

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease two 8" round pans
- CAKE
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (7 ounces) sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups (6 1/4 ounces) unbleached flour
- FILLING
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy or light cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Oriental Noodle Kugel

Cook noodles and add with the rest of the ingredients
- 1 package klutski noodles
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 onions -- sauteed
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coffee rich
- 10 ounces chopped broccoli
- 1 package onion soup mix
