Mango Kugel

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles until soft but firm
- 8 to 12 ounces noodles

Peach-Glazed Chicken

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; ad oil and place over medium-high heat until hot
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 green onion -- chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Glazed Mint Brownies

In a saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- FILLING
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3 to 4 drops green food coloring
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Halvah Mousse

Place all ingredients for fudge in a saucepan and melt over low flame
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- FUDGE
- 8 ounces vanilla Halvah
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa
- ICE CREAM
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 1 to 1/2 eggs -- (using egg substitute)

- 24 ounces fresh strawberries
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- 1 package strawberry jello

Potato Chip Chicken

- 6 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 Tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh basil -- chopped
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- COATING
- 1 6 ounce bag potato chips
- 1 cup cracker pieces -- crushed
- 1/2 cup basil -- chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Ginger Peanut Chicken Salad Wraps

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 clove garlic -- crushed
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 8 inch flour tortilla
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion -- chopped
- 1/4 cup matzo meal
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Marinated Chickpea and Artichoke Salad

Place chickpeas, artichoke hearts, red peppers, olives, scallions and parsley in a bowl and toss lightly
- 15 ounce can chickpeas
- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts -- reserved oil
- 7 ounce jar roasted sweet red peppers -- drained and diced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 3 scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 or 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons za'atar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil (use the oil from the artichoke hearts)

- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter -- melted
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 or 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- FILLING
- 2 7 1/2 to 8 ounce pkg curd style farmer cheese
- 1 15 to 16 ounce pkg ricotta cheese -- (any type)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 or 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling -- optional
