In a shallow bowl layer 1) bean dip, 2) avocados, 3) sour cream mixture, 4) vegetable, 5) cheese

  • 3 avacados, peeled
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Mash avacados and mix with lemon juice and seasonings. Set aside.
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • Mix well and set aside.

  • 3 tomatoes cored and chopped
  • 1 3o can chopped olives
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
