Dark, Dark Chocolate Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 T flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- Beat cream cheese, add eggs, beat, then add sugar and flour. Fry in butter until golden brown.
Toffee Bars

Ham and Cheese Souffle

It is good with either a fruit salad for breakfast or a green salad and white wine for brunch or a light dinner
- 3 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 3 cups swiss cheese, cubed
- 3 cups French bread, cubed
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 . Layer ham, cheese, and bread in a buttered 3-quart casserole.
- 2 . Sprinkle with flour and dry mustard mixed together.
- 3 . Sprinkle with Tobasco sauce as desired.
- 4 . Mix milk with beaten eggs and pour over all.
- 5 . Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 6 . Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until puffy and golden
- on top.
- 7 . Serve immediately.
Carmel Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups pecan halves
- Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pecans. Pour into 10 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 for 15min, then reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 30-35 min. Cool before serving.

- 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 2 cups extra large peanuts
- 2 cups bite-size pretzels (Pretzel Snaps work well)
- 2 cups Thin savory crackers or garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips
