- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 loaf fruitcake (about 11/4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese, at room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 or 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 or 2 dashes cayenne pepper
