Glazed Chocolate Chip Scones

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Scones:
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) cold butter, cut in 8 pieces
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips or finely chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup fat free half-and-half or milk
