Caesar Salad with Crispy Onions

Whisk
- Salad:
- 2 heads Romain Lettuce
- Dressing:
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 cubes mined chili
- 2 cubes frozen basil
- 1 cube frozen parsley
- Garnish:
- French Fried Onions
Brazilian Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine and sugars
- Coffee or Mocha Glaze:
- 2/3 cup Margarine
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Soy Milk
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp Instant Coffee Granules
- 2 cup Confectioner's Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Granules
- 3 Tbsp Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1-2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Feta Cheese Salad

Blend dressing ingredients in a blender or with a whisk until smooth

- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2-3 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
