Pink Sauce

Combine sugar, vinegar and ground dry mustard; mix well
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ground dry mustard (no substitutions!!)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon horseradish
Amish Friendship Bread

Mix well and pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans
- Bread starter
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix

Cut chicken breasts into large bite size chunks and cut onion into chunks
- 4 chicken breasts cut into bite size chunks
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha or more if you want it really spicy
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 onion sliced or diced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional to top
- 2 green onions optional to top
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Classic Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad

Mix dressing together and set aside
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons of pickle juice or vinegar - I like pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Salad:
- 1 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos, drained
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- I add Slap ya momma's
- Chopped boiled egg
- Cubed cheese
Dorito Taco Salad

Brown hamburger and drain off grease
- redients
- 1 Head Lettuce shredded
- 16 oz bottle Catalina dressing
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped, if desired
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger browned and greased rained
- 15.5 oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed
Stewed Beef & Potatoes

Preheat a large saute pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds cubed beef; chuck roast or tri-tip
- olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 4 to 5 white potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill

- l large chicken
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 tablespoons butter

- paprika

Chicken Rotel

Cook chicken. Save 1 1/2 qts
- 6 cups cooked chicken
- 1 7 oz. pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
- 2 large bell peppers,chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 can rotel
- 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1 3 oz. can mushrooms
- 2 lbs. velvetta cheese, cubed
