Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders

Lightly coat a 9×13 inch dish with cooking spray
- 3/4 pound Eckrich Ham Off the Bone deli meat sliced
- 12 sweet slider buns
- 24 slices swiss, provolone or pepper jack cheese your choice
- For the glaze
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Finger-Lickin-Good Shrimp

- 12 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 6 bacon strips, cut in half
- 1 0z. pepper Jack or cheddar cheese

- 1 bag salted popped popcorn, non buttered
- 2 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup small pretzel sticks
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup Easter Milk Chocolate M&M's
- 1/4 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1 pkg. vanilla candy bark-looks like in ice tray at Walmart
Broccoli Cheese Soup

Rinse and spoon size chop one head of fresh broccoli
- 1 head broccoli - large
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion - small
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth - or vegetable
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese - of choice

- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup molasses

- 1 can (15-ounce) Corn (I Used Fiesta Variety)
- 1 can (10 Ounce) Rotel
