- 1/2 cup butter (l stick softened)
- 1 cup hot tap water (used to hydrate carrots and raisins)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 container Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting

1.Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned oats (Can use quick)
- 1 Cups Brown sugar, packed (I use light or dark, whatever I have on hand)
- 2 Cups Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
APPLE BUNDT CAKE

CAKE: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- CAKE:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups grated apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- or pecans, lightly toasted
- GLAZE:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 3-4 tablespoons heavy cream
