1. Prepare pumpkin bread: Mix up pumpkin bread ingredients according to the directions on the box
- For the pound cake:
- 1 (14-ounce) box pumpkin bread mix
- 1 (16-ounce) box pound cake mix

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
- 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
