Greek Style Chicken Breasts with Orzo

1. In medium plastic bag, place flour, salt, pepper and paprika, shaking to mix well
- 6 chicken breast halves -- boneless, skinless
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion -- thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
- 1/4 cup dry vermouth
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 ounces feta cheese -- crumbled
- 1 lb. orzo -- cooked according to package directions
Mortadella and Cheese Panini

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with the scallion, horseradish and mustard
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably goat's-milk
- 1 small scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated white horseradish (or drained jarred horseradish)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Eight 3/4-inch-thick slices of peasant bread
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced mortadella
- 1/2 pound Robiola Bosina cheese, cut into 4 equal slices with the rind, or fresh ricotta

- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 6oz. pkg. milk choco frills
- 1 12oz. choco. chips
- 3 sticks margerine
- 1 9oz. jar marshmallow creme

- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 2 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons grape jelly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 medium flour tortillas (8 to 10-inch diameter) -- warmed
