Grilled Chicken and Avocado Napoleons

Place an oven rack in the lower 1/3 of the oven
- 2 (9 by 10-inch) sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 12 (3 by 5-inch) rectangles
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
- Kosher salt
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 large avocado, thinly sliced into 8 pieces
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar or water
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 crushed cloves garlic

- 4 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- a pinch of salt
- 2 bars milk chocolate,broken into chunks,or 6 oz. chocolate chips
- Cheese Filling
- 24 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 6 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 20 oz can crushed pineapple,drained well
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 3.5 oz bar white chocolate

- 1 pkg couscous
- 2 Tbs canola oil
- 3 onions,finely diced
- 1/2 cup prunes,halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup dried apricots,cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup white raisins
- 3 Tbs honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
Pizza Sauce
