Thaw potatoes and blot up excess moisture
- 3 cups shredded frozen potatoes-loosely packed (frozen has browns are good)
- 1/3 cup margarine-melted
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar-shredded
- 4 oz. gouda or Swiss cheese-shredded
- 6 oz. ham, diced
- 1/2 cup light cream (Hal O7 Halt) or evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Cream together butter, sugar, & brown sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 5 cups oatmeal (put small amounts, after measuring, in blender & powder)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 8 oz. Hershey bars (finely grated)
- 3 cups chopped nuts
Spare Ribs with Luau Sauce

- Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ribs
- Orange slices

- 4 1/2 oz. pureed peaches
- 3 Tbsp. catsup

- 1/2 clove garlic. minced

Mint Cream Dessert Recipe

In a microwave, melt 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup butter, divided
- 1 package (16 ounces) chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate syrup and red and green sprinkles, optional
Sausage Cheese Balls

1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x2x1 inch
- 3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 pound uncooked bulk pork sausage*
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves,
- crushed 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired
Cheesy mashed cauliflower

Steam the cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes, until just tender
- 2 large heads cauliflower, cored and broken into florets
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces cheese)
- 2 teaspoons roasted garlic puree (page 5)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Peach cake

Cake: Drain the peaches and empty into a large bowl
- ICING:
- 1 large can sliced peaches, drained and mashed (I used 2 regular cans since that is all I had at the time) You could also use fresh peaches.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 regular sized can of evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup coconut (I used a little more than a cup of coconut)
- 1 cup nuts

- 1 small can lemonade
- 1 small can orange juice
- 1 can bourbon
- 2-3 cans water
- 16 oz. 7-up
- 2 tsp. powder sugar

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cranberry orange relish (partially thawed)
- 1 9oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 can pitted black cherries
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 (3oz.)pkg. pecans
