- 1 C creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C confectioners sugar
- pinch salt
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1 C miniature chocolate chips
- 1 pkg fudge brownie mix, baked & cooled
- 18 oz semisweet chocolate

- 3 1/2 C cold milk
- 2 pkgs (4 servings) choc instant pudding
- 1 tub (12 oz) coolwhip, thawed
- 1 pkg (16oz) choc sandwich cookies, crushed
- (Crush cookies in ziploc with rolling pin)

Key Lime Pie

Beat egg yolks until light & thick
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 C lime juice
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 t cream of tartar
- 1/3 C sugar
Taco Pie

Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter
- 1/4 C butter
- 2/3 C milk
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 C mashed potato flakes( you can use left over mashed potatoes & omit the butter & milk)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C salsa
- 1 C shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream, optional

No Bake Chips Ahoy Icebox Cake

1. Place cold cream, sugar & vanilla in a large bowl
- 45 chips ahoy cookies ( approx. 2 packs) + 2 extra for garnish
- 3 C milk
- 3 C heavy cream
- 3 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla

- 1 pkg (3oz) ramen noodles

- 2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
White Chocolate Berry Cream Pie

- 1 tub (8oz) coolwhip, thawed
- 3/4 t grated lemon peel
- 1 C fresh thawed , frozen sliced strawberries or raspberries
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6oz).
