Garganelli with Peas and Prosciutto

This creamy dish calls for quill-shaped garganelli, though penne will work just as well
- to salt, to taste
- 1 1 1 lb. garganelli or penne
- 2 2 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1 1⁄2 1⁄2 cups fresh or frozen peas
- 1 1⁄2 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 4 4 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, serrano,
- or country ham, torn into strips
- 1 1 1 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Crock-Pot Blueberry Breakfast Casserole

Line the crock-pot with a crock-pot liner or spray the inside of the crock-pot with cooking oil
- 1 Loaf French Bread, cubed
- 1 16oz Package of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 1 8oz Packages Cream Cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 10 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Imitation Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Caramelized Baked Buñuelo Chips

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
- 10 six-inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup canola oil or melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Indian Fry Bread

- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups water, warm

Bacon & Egg Ramen

Place bacon, ginger, garlic & lemongrass in a pot
- 1 quart homemade or low sodium chicken broth
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 ounces smoky slab Bacon
- 1 piece about 2" from a stalk of lemongrass
- 1 package of ramen noodles (toss the soup packet)
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful chopped scallions
- 1 drop Srirachia or your favorite hot sauce
- 2 more cloves of garlic
- 1 handful julienned mustard greens, baby spinach leaves, or kale
Chocolate Brownie Waffles

Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4-1 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened and sifted Cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 large Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick - 2 oz) unsalted Butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup Mini-chocolate chips
- 1/2-2/3 cup Pecans or Walnuts, finely chopped
- Chocolate Sauce (store bought or homemade), for drizzling
- Whipped Cream
- Fruits (like berries)
Cari's Toffee Pie

1. Preheat oven 350F or 180C or Gas 4 2
- 11/2 cups or 190 g plus 1 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cups or 95 g corn starch
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 cups or 150 g butter at room temperature
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 tbsp milk
- 13 fl oz or 500 gr dulce de leche (real Argentinean one is the best) at room temperature
- 9 oz or 250 grs Melted chocolate ( for me the best one is the dark one but you can use milk chocolate if you wish)

Place bratwurst and beer in medium saucepan; bring to a boil
- 4 fresh bratwursts (1 lb)
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb fresh sauerkraut, rinsed, fully drained
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

- 4 slices smoked swiss cheese
