Breakfast casserole in the crock pot

Directions: 1. Spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom
- Ingredients:
- Breakfast casserole in the crock pot! Cooks while you sleep!
- 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 16 oz. roll sausage maple, sage or regular sausage.
- Salt and pepper
- 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions 1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

Preparation Stir together first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth

- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mustard

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
- 1 (12-oz.) jar diced pimiento
- 8 oz coarsely shredded white cheddar cheese
- 8 oz coarsely shredded yellow cheddar cheese

Bring a large pot of water to boil and carefully lower peaches into water
- 1 (1.75 oz.) package no-sugar-needed fruit pectin
- 5-6 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened white grape juice
- 5 (8 oz.) mason jars or tupperware containers
- 1/2-1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix ( 1 package of Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix )

Directions Slice the meat across the grain, creating 1 cm thick steaks
- GRAVY Ingredients:
- 1 lb meat (I mostly use top round roast)
- salt
- ground cumin
- freshly ground black pepper
- ground coriander
- 1-2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 2 Tbsp of water
- 1/4 cup of the same oil you used to cook steak
- 1/3 cup of flour
- Approximately 2 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 pounds lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen green beans, corn, or mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

- 1 pkg (bag) frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lbs)
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp tsp salt

- 1 can(s) 10 3/4 oz cream soup (cream of chicken or cream of mushroom work very well)
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c cup melted butter
