In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- Hot cooked egg noodles
Creamed Beef Hamburger Recipe

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
