Steamed Clams with Chorizo and Tequila

Directions Heat a heavy, medium pot over medium heat
- 6 ounces raw pork chorizo
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tequila
- 3/4 cup clam juice
- 2 pounds littleneck or other small clams, scrubbed
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
Italian Sunday Sauce

Directions 1. Dice the onion and 5 cloves of garlic
- Ingredients
- 4 lbs ground beef/veal/pork (can make with just beef and pork)
- 4 bone in pork country style ribs
- 2 lb penne rigate
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 fresh batch of basil
- 1 batch fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 6 hot Italian sausage links
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 c milk
- 1 C parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 C dry white wine (holland house cooking wine works just fine)
- (3) 29 oz cans tomato puree
- 1 can(s) tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp oregano leaves
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Strawberry Daiquiri

Directions In a blender, place the strawberries, banana, and frozen lemonade
- 5 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade
- Coconut, banana or pineapple rum, optional
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 About 12 (3 1/2 cups) ice cubes, or as needed
- Up to 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish, optional
American Macaroni Salad

Directions In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley and tomato, if using
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drained
- 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup diced vine-ripened tomato (optional)
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
