Chicken Divan

A family favorite! At Christmas we make it without the chicken
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 boneless chicken breast cooked a little bit
- 2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sauted bread cubes

- 2 packages (8 ounces each) low fat cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 cup fresh berries or other fresh fruit as desired

- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 3 slices of white bread, crust removed or packaged bread crumbs
