Chicken Amore! (6 WW PointsPlus)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 large portabella mushroom cap, sliced
- 2 (5-ounce) raw boneless skinless lean chicken breast cutlets, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 wedges light spreadable Swiss cheese (recommended: The Laughing Cow Light), room temperature
- 1/3 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drainedand sliced
- 6 large leaves fresh basil, plus more, for garnish
- 1/2 cup creamy tomato soup with 4g fat or less per serving (recommended: Amy's Chunky Tomato Bisque)
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pumpkin Pie

- 1 large can pumpkin (1 lb 13 oz)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 unbaked deep pie shell - 10" or 2 9" unbaked pie shells
Cheesecake Cookies

Combine flour, powder and salt in a bowl
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cans (20-ounce) cherry pie filling (or your favorite kind)
Hershey's Lickety Split Cocoa Cake

Frost with the chocolate frosting or the glaze
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. water
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Frosting:
- 3 - 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 tbs corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream butter (or Crisco) and brown sugar
- Glaze:
- 2/3 cup butter or Crisco
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 cup butter cut into tablespoons (preferably unsalted butter)
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
