Sugared Nuts

Mix together and cook in heavy pan over medium heat
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
- dash salt
- 2 pkg. raw peanuts
Impossible Ham And Cheese Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees, grease pie plate
- 2 c. ham (cub up)
- 1 c. shredded natural Swiss (4 oz.)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 inch pepper (this is a mush)
Lisa's Chicken Casserole

Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions
- 1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 1 can green chilies
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 small container sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- paprika to garnish
Potato Soup

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled, and diced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 med. carrot, diced
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onion
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. whole milk
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, red pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor fit...
- 1/4 c. sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoes)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. good mayonnaise
- 10 dashes, hot red pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)

Beat all ingredients together until fluffy
- Topping:
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese-softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Country Club Breakfast

Large in casserole reserving a few cubes for top
- Topping:
- 7 slices stale bread (cubed)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 c. cooked ham (cubed)
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Tomato Juice

Combine all ingredients in stock pot and cool till vegetables are tender
- 1 gallon chopped ripe tomatoes (not skinned)
- 1 c. water
- 4 small onions chopped
- 4 stalk celery chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Taffy Apple Salad

- 20 oz. crushed pineapple
- 2 c. dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
- 12 oz. cool whip
- 6 c. chopped delicious apples, unpeeled
