Flakey Pie Crust

Food Processor Instructions: Place flour and salt in processor fitted with steel blade and pulse once or twice
- 4 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 sticks cold butter cubed
- 1 stick cold Crisco cubed
- 1/2 cup ice water- maybe more
Frozen Peach Jam

Combine sugar, lemon juice, salt and ascorbic acid let stand 10 minutes
- 2 lb. peaches, mashed
- 5 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ascorbic acid
- 1 box sure jell
- 3/4 c. water
Scalloped Chicken or Beef

Fry ground beef and drain; or cook chicken and dice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, or cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tbsp. onion
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 cans mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 can milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 3 tbsp. pimento
Black Bottom Chocolate Mousse Pie

Crust: Melt butter and toss with other ingredients and mix
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter melted (6 T)
- Mousse:
- One can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 T vanilla
- 12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 1-2 T liqueur of your choice (optional) (Rum, Brandy, Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Bailey's, Whiskey, Bourbon, etc)
- 2 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff peaks form

Bring sugar, syrup to a boil then add peanut butter, vanilla pour oven special K mix well
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 c. special K

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 th tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves(optional)
- 3 eggs
- Pecan Layer:
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 4 T butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups pecan halves or pieces
Strawberry Vanilla Shortcut

Combine milk and pudding in large bowl
- 1-1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O” vanilla flavor instant pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP” whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) pound cake, cut into 14 slices
- 1 pt. strawberries, sliced and sweetened

- 1 (8 oz) Pkg cream cheese- softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- pineapple juice
