Apple Crisp

Mix all filling ingredients together and place in a buttered oval baking dish
- Topping:
- 5 big Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 sticks cold butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Cream Of Wild Rice Soup

Sautee veggies in butter till soft
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. of each-carrots,
- celery and onion
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can wild rice or 1 c. dry wild rice
- 2 c. cooked ham or chicken
Elva's Pepper Jelly

Wash peppers,remove seed and grind let drain 1 hr
- 4 green pepper
- 4 red pepper
- 1 1/4 c. white vinegar
- pinch salt
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 bottle Certo

Cream together butter and sugar until well mixed
- Fruit Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 3 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1- 3 oz. pkg strawberry jello

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T butter

Cream butter and sugar add egg and extracts beat well add dry ingredients chill 1hr
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. pt sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cream tartar
Chiffon Cake

Whip egg whiles and cream of tarter and 3/4 cup sugar till very stiff peaks are formed
- 10 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 7 egg yolks- unbeaten
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
White Sheet Cake

Prepare white cake mix according to package directions
- 1 white cake mix
- 1/2 c. marg.
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 5 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
White cake with Pineapple filling

Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar together till like whipped cream
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 cup cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- vanilla
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 4 egg yolks- beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Steak Marinade

- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

- 2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
