Italien dressings for house or side salads Made both with balsamic and red wine vinegars
- For a side salad -
- 4 oz - balsamic vinaigrette
- 4 oz - Extra virgin olive oil
- For a chefs salad -
- 4 oz - Red wine vinegar
- 4 0z - std Olive oil (not light weight for frying, med weight for sautéing )
- Spices -
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- sugar
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- crushed red pepper (optional - to taste)

- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
