  • salt and pepper
  • Thickness is important to being able to cook steak to proper doneness.

Step 1

Pre-heat Grill on high - IR burner

Salt and pepper both sides of steaks

Turn grill down to Med, and put in Filet's

Broil as follows - Flipping after each time period:

Turn Heat down to Low
4 mins
2 -3 mins -> Use Instant thermometer - when temp reaches 128F, steak is Med Rare
