Directions

Pre-heat Grill on high - IR burner Salt and pepper both sides of steaks Turn grill down to Med, and put in Filet's Broil as follows - Flipping after each time period: 4 mins 4 mins Turn Heat down to Low 4 mins 2 -3 mins -> Use Instant thermometer - when temp reaches 128F, steak is Med Rare
