Sriracha butter

Drizzle over fried chicken, slather on burgers, put on scrambled eggs or dip fries in it, to name a few!
- 1 c butter
- 1 c Sriracha sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t sugar
Green Machine Smoothie

Freeze grapes at least 3 hours
- 1 1/4 lb green grapes, frozen
- 3 c packed baby spinach
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 3 c pear nectar or apple juice
Mushroom Pizza

Preheat oven to 500. Place pizza stone or baking sheet in oven 1 hr prior to cooking pizza
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 large white onion, sliced
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- flour for dusting
- 1 1/4 lb round Thin Sin Pizza Dough (see recipe on Key Ingredient)
- cornmeal for dusting
- 2 c cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 T shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 T chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 2 T chopped green onion
- 1 t chopped fresh thyme
- 1 t chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t black truffle oil (available at specialty food stores)
Farfalle Alfredo with Oyster Mushrooms

1. Cook farfalle for about 12 minutes, following package directions
- 1 pound farfalle (bow ties)
- 1/2 pound string beans, cut into1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound oyster mushrooms,sliced
- 6 ounces Neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
Black Rice and Broccoli with Almonds

In a heavy-bottomed medium pot, bring rice and 1 3/4 cups water to a boil
- 1 cup black rice
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into small florets, stems peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced

- 2 pork tenderloins (2 1/2 to 3 lbs total)
- 1 T minced fresh rosemary
- 1 T chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 T kosher salt
- 1 t fresh ground black pepper

- 10-12 slices prosciutto
- 1 c chopped yellow onion
- 2 T minced or grated fresh ginger
- 1 c fresh squeeze orange juice
