Fluffy Key Lime Pie Recipe

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- 1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 cartons (6 ounces each) key lime yogurt
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (8 inches)
Mardi Gras Salad ***

Drain juices from beans peas and pimento
- 1 can peas (petite)
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 1/2 c diced celery
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 3/4 cup vinegar
Curried Cranberry Chicken Salad

An easy, delicious salad that uses dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (plain yogurt is another possibility although I haven't tried it) or 1 cup salad dressing (plain yogurt is another possibility although I haven't tried it)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (or more to taste)
- 4 1/2 cups cooked chicken , chopped
- 2 chopped apples or 2 granny smith apples
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
Cheese Cake

Mix together crust ingredients and pat into 8x8” pan

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pound softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream 1 1/4 cup sugar (too much) 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix above and pour over cheesecake. Bake at 350 for another 25 minutes. Best if refrigerated overnight or at least several hours.

In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in water, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the bouillon cubes until just tender DO ...
- 5 cups potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick (I use red and I don't peel them too much)
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled or Better than Bouillon equivalent.
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- Dash white pepper
- 1/4 cup milk (If you substitute cream you don't need to thicken with flour)
- 1 cup sour cream (Use Daisy all cream sour cream for Sondra)
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 cup pitted ripe olives, drained and quartered
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Paprika (I don't believe I ever noticed that it had paprika in it before)
Maple Country Style Pork Ribs (Low Sugar)

Combine all ingredients except the ribs in a medium bowl
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 pounds country-style pork ribs (to yield 16 ounces meat before cooking)
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly
- 1 c. vegetable shortening
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts or coconut
- 2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 3 tbsp. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp. milk, or more if needed

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin (approx. weight)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup dark brown sugar (not light)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 navel oranges
- 5 ounces baby spinach leaves, trimmed (6 cups)
- 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced (from 1 medium head)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut lengthwise into thin strips

- 1/2 cup cinnamon candies
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 3 ounce packages softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Salisbury Steak

In bowl combine 13 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper
- 1 10 1/2 ounce can onion soup
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 Tablespoon flour (I omit)
