P. F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

A great version of P.F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps! This recipe is from Todd Wilbur and Top Secret Recipes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water chestnut
- 2/3 cup mushroom
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 -5 leaves iceberg lettuce
- SPECIAL SAUCE
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hot mustard
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- STIR FRY SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Cole Slaw

- Cabbage thinly shredded
- Mayonnaise
- Milk
- Cider vinegar
- Sugar
- Celery seed
- Salt
- Pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter in large mixer bowl until creamy
- 1 cup Butter, softened 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/4 Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
Butter Lettuce Salad with Hearts of Palm

Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces
- Dressing:
- 4 heads butter lettuce
- 1 14 ounce can hearts of palm drained and sliced
- 1 bunch of radishes, sliced
- 12 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup white wine tarragon vinegar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Raspberry Vinegar Salad Dressing

- 2 Tablespoons raspberry flavoed vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar (or half)
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

- 2 cups sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2-1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 cups flaked coconut, chopped

Bring 5 quarts of water, 3 tablespoons salt, and the lemon to a boil in a large saucepan
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 lemon cut into quarters
- 4 pounds large shrimp in the shell (16 to 20 shrimp per pound)
- 2 cups good mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine or white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 cup minced red onion (1 onion)
- 3 cups minced celery (6 stalks)
