- 2 Eggs
- 15 ounce Ricotta
- 3 cups Spaghetti sauce with meat
- 1 pound Mozzarella cheese thin sliced
- 3 cups Grated parmesan cheese
- 10 pieces Lasagana
Oven Fish 'N' Chips

In a medium bowl, combine oil and pepper
- FISH:
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium baking potatoes ; (1 pound), peeled
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- egg ; substitute equivalent to 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2/3 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound frozen haddock fillets ; thawed
- tartar ; sauce

- 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 8oz package Softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 20 oz Can of crushed pinapple
- 1 8 oz Can of crushed pineapple
- 1 12 oz Carton of cool whip
