- 150 g / 5 1/4 oz corn starch
- 3 packets (9g each) vanilla sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 200 g / 7 oz sugar
- 8 oz whipping cream + 1 stabilizer
Strawberry Lemonade

Coconut Praline Pie

- Baked 9 inch pie shell
- Praline Layer
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 c chopped, toasted pecans
- Coconut Cream Layer
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 14 oz cans evaporated milk
- Pinch salt
- 1 c coconut
- 2 tsp mexican vanilla (if it is available to you or regular vanilla if not)
- 2 Tbs butter
Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

In a small saucepan, combine blueberries and granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream, cold
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pistachio St.Patrick's Day Bread

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 T. water
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

- 1/2-1 t. green food coloring

- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts

- 4 Tbsp cold butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Butter Glaze:
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp dried parsley flakes

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion
- 7 oz mushrooms
- 1 can concentrated cream of mushroom soup

- 1/4 cup dry white wine

Braided Spaghetti Bread

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray (or use parchment paper)
- 1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 6 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup thick spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes
- 1 egg white
- Parmesan cheese
- Parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350° In your stand mixer combine butter and both sugars
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), room temp
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp Orange zest ( I used about 6 Clementines)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
