- 1 Cup of 2% Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons of Cool Whip
- 8 About 8 Ice Cubes
Vanilla-Nutella Swirl Cupcakes with Nutella Buttercream

Preheat oven to 325F. Prepare cupcake pan with liners
- For cupcakes:
- 10 tbsp butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp Nutella
- For nutella buttercream:
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners sugar (or more to taste)
- 1/4 cup whole milk or half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of Nutella (or more to taste), softened
Egg Brunch Casserole

Spray crockpop with non-stick spray
- 6-8 Strips of bacon
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 red or green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 (2lb) bag of frozen hashbrowns

- 12 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp dried dill

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- For the espresso ice cream:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder

- 4 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- To finish the ice cream cake:
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- Chocolate syrup (optional)

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange zest (grated)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger root (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
