- 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 (12 ounce) package tootsie rolls

- 2 large onions, chopped
- 5 cups crumbled cornbread
- 5 cups seasoned bread crumbs

- 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sage

- 1 PKG CREAM CHEESE
- 1 CAN MILD GREEN CHILI

- Creamy Parmesan Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (regular milk can be substituted)
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until serving time to let flavors develop. Serve over Romaine lettuce garnished with croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese

- One 21-ounce box brownie mix, such as Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Chocolate Buttercream:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, such as Ghiradelli
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
