WAKE-UP CASSEROLE

- 7 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ham
- 8 frozen hash brown patties
SHORTCAKES

Can prepare shortcakes ahead but cool completely and store airtight at room temperature
- SHORTCAKES:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, in chunks
- 3/4 cup cream
- FRUIT:
- 1 quart strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Mix shortening, salt, and peanut butter well
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar - granulated
- 1 cup brown sugar - packed
- 2 eggs - well beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cup sifted flour

CHUTNEY PECANS

- 1 9-ounce jar Crosse & Blackwell Hot Mango Chutney
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups whole pecans
CRUMBLE-TOP CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

- 11 ounce package Nestle Toll House peanut butter and milk chocolate divided
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 bars Butterfinger - coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water

- 2 cans mushrooms (small cans)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour

- 1/8 tesspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 cups turkey or chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups diced, cooked turkey or chicken
