LARGE CHOC CHIP COOKIE CAKE

Bake @ 325 for approx 35 mins
- 2 LARGE family size rolls of Pillsbury choc. chip cookie dough. Press into large 12 x 18" cookie sheet.
Shrimp Dip - Jan Martin

Heat soup, pour over cream cheese in mixing bowl, set aside
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 4 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cans shrimp, cut, wash and chop
- 1 cup finely chopped stalk of celery
- Tabasco to taste
Italian Style Quiche

- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Fontina cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced ham
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- nutmeg & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is an "allrecipes" recipe
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Sazerac

Fill an old fashion glass with ice and water to chill
- 1 sugar cube
- Peychaud's bitters
- 2 oz Cognac (or Rye Whiskey)
- 1 oz water
- Herbsaint or Absinthe
- lemon peel
Chocolate Sheet Cake #2

Icing: (Start making this about 15 mins before cake is done
- Bring to a boil:
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 squares unsweetened choc.
- 1 cup water
- Mix with:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teasp soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teasp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Mix by hand or slow mixer and pour in sheet pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Fried Shrimp

- 1 1/2 lb. raw, deveined Louisiana Gulf Shrimp
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt (Tony's)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- peanut oil for frying
Mushroom Sauce

1. Melt butter and add flour slowly
- 6 Tbs butter
- 4 Tbs flour
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 pint beef broth
- 1 , 8oz package of mushrooms, sliced
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbs white or dry wine (optional)
- Seasoning mix of choice

Amish Friendship Bread Recipe

To the remaining starter: Add ½ cup vegetable oil, ½ cup unsweetened applesauce, ½ cup milk, 3 eggs and ½ tsp
- 1 1 1 1 1 (if you did not receive a bag from someone, start with 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk in a gallon Ziploc Freezer bag, then leave unrefrigerated on counter for the entire time.
- 2-5 to just squish the bag contents around to mix well.
- 6-add 1 1 1 to 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour to bag. Squish it until smooth and no lumps remain.
- 7-9 to squish contents to mix well.
STRAWBERRY PIE

Combine all ingredients and pour into baked pie shell
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 med cool whip
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 baked pie shell
