PAULA DEAN’S CORN CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 1/4 ounce can)
- 1 can cream style corn (14 3/4 ounce can)
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (I use sharp)
Chocolate Macaroons

Put milk, choc and salt in top of double boiler
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups shredded coconut (2 packs)
- 1 teasp vanilla
- 1 cup or more of pecans
Breakfast Casserole

Cook sausage in a skillet, then drain
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 6 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 slices day old bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
