Potatoes with Sage and Parmesan Cheese

Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 6 to 8 lengthwise wedges Meanwhile bring the salted water to a boil
- 4 large potatoes, well scrubbed
- 2 quarts boiling salted water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp dried sage leaves
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- salt to taste
Baked Beans - Annette

Bake 250° 2-3 hours Can be done in a dutch oven
- Fry:
- 1 lg. can park and beans
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 lg. onion diced
- 1/2 lb. bacon diced
- Drain & Add:
- 2 Tb. Worcestershire Sauce
- 7 oz. bottle catsup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
Buffalo Chicken Dip - Sharon

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing with hand-held mixer
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (canned chicken will work, but I like to use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 - (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 -1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing (or other brand)
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese OR your favorite shredded cheese (1 cup mozzarella)
- 1 cup Deans Buffalo Ranch Dip

- 3 ⁄4 cup sour cream
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 ⁄2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped 1⁄2 cup minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 to 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, according to preference
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: You can add a few dashes of Tabasco Sauce, if desired

- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2-inch thick strips (slice extra wide strips in half)
- 1 of each red, green and yellow bell peppers, cored and sliced into strips (3 whole total)
- 1 medium yellow onion, halved and sliced from top to root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro

- 8 taco size flour tortillas
