Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
- 3 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Dash of Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Spread evenly into 8 or 9 inch pan.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and store loosly covered at room temp.
