Use a 5 quart pot and add chicken cubes, diced carrots, celery, onions and peas
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chicken broth (or enough to cover chicken in pot)
- 3 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 carrots and celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley and pepper
