In a Dutch oven, combine water, chicken, onion, celery, carrots and bouillon
- 12 cups water
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cans (14-3/4 ounces each) cream-style corn
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Heat oven to 350 degrees Coat a baking dish with spray
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 12 ounces hot cooked macaroni
- 2 cups chredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz diced ham, optional
- 3 T bread crumbs
- 2 T crated parmsean cheese
- 2 T unsalted butter cut up

Directions: Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray or line with crock pot liners/parchment paper
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup {or homemade}
- 10 oz water
- 8 oz chicken broth
- 12 oz wide egg noodles

It does take time (you bake it for 1 hour!!!) and effort to make but believe me, it's totally worth it
- For the sauce:
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar (for extra tang)
- 5 5 5 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 1 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1 clove 1 large clove of garlic, grated
- to and pepper to taste
- 2 2 2 tsp of cornstarch (used flour since it was what I had on hand)
- For the mixed vegetables:
- 1 of 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
- half of each red, green and yellow bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 1 1/2 1 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, drained
- For the sauce:
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar

- 4 ounces regular saltine crackers {1 sleeve}
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread parchment paper over a cookie sheet. {It's actually a jelly-roll pan- a cookie sheet with sides. Sides are important!}

- Meatloaf Glaze:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup (optional), it makes the glaze a little sticky, but you can leave it out if you want
