Pressure Cooker Whole Chicken Rotisserie Style (Instant Pot)

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper
- (4-pounds) whole chicken
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Cabbage Rolls

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- For the cabbage rolls:
- 12 leaves cabbage
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- For the sauce:
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Greek Pasta Salad

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 12 ounces dried mostaccioli or penne (about 4 cups uncooked)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
