Oatmeal-Apple Scones

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick (4 ounces) butter, chilled and cut into small cubes

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast

Mix yogurt, cheese and seasonings
- 4 boneless chicken breast, halves
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (calls for mayo but I always sub yogurt)
- 1 ⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 1⁄2 tsp seasoning salt (I add a dash of pink himalayan)
- 1 ⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Millet Rigatoni

Turn on an electric pressure cooker to high heat
- 16 oz Sweet ground Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cup Millet, uncooked
- 26 oz pasta sauce, garlic and herb
- 28 oz Crushed tomatoes, or Whole tomatoes crushed with hand
- 12 oz can roasted red peppers, chopped
- 2 T. Tuscan Sunset
- 1 lb. dry rigatoni
- Salt and pepper
No Bake Strawberry Kool-Aid Pie

Add all the ingredients together and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 - 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 - 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour *
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups uncooked Quaker Quick Oats or old fashioned or Instant single-serving Cinnamon Spice
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter **
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups chocolate chips

Use a 3.5 pkg. microwave popcorn or Make fresh popcorn
- Apple Pie:
- Toss warm popcorn with 3 TBS melted butter, then a combination of 1 TBS sugar and 1/2 tsp apple pie spice.
- Kettle:
- Toss warm popcorn with 2 TBS melted butter, then a combination of 1 TBS sugar and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Peppered Parmesan:
- Toss warm popcorn with 2 TBS EVOO, then with 1/2 c finely grated Parmesan, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper.

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 TBS cold butter
