- 2 15 ounce cans Chickpeas (mostly drained with 1/4 liquid reserved & rinsed)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Fried Chicken-Carla's Winning Receipe

- Dry Rub:
- 1 tablepsoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 small Organic Chicken (broken down into 10 pieces)
- To Fry:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Water
- Flour (to batter)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peanut Oil (to fry)
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- Can add paprika or chipotle powder to flour mixture.

- 1-2 egg

- 1 cup dried bread crumbs--seasoned
