Instructions for roasting jalapeños: 1
- 1 4oz can diced jalapeños, well drained OR 4-6 Fresh Jalapeños, roasted and diced (include seeds for extra spice)
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt plus an extra 1/8 tsp
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup lightly salted macadamia nuts, barely chopped
- 4-5 ounces white chocolate, cut into chunks

Separate won-ton wrappers and cut each square in half diagonally to form triangles
- 7 ounces won-ton wrappers (about 1/3 of a medium package)
- Canola oil
- 2/3 cup Asiago Cream Sauce (recipe follows)
- 1/3 cup ( 3ounces) ground Italian sausage, fully cooked
- 2 cups (8 ounces) grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- use1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
- ASIAGO CREAM SAUCE:2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

Combine all the ingredients in a medium size sauce pot
- 5 cups ketchup
- 4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup pineapple juice (or you can sub apple cider vinegar)
- 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons ground mustard
- 2 TBS + 2 Tsp paprika
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 TBS kosher salt
- 1 TBS + 1 TSP pepper
- 4 Tsp Franks
- 2 Tsp Liquid Hickory smoke
