Fried Lasagna

Lay cooked lasagna noodles flat, in an even layer, on a greased baking sheet
- 10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 15- oz. container ricotta
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. italian breadcrumbs
- Marinara sauce, warm (for serving)
Asiago Cream Sauce

In a saucepan melt 2 ounces butter
- 2 ounces unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 3⁄4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 ⁄4 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1 ounce butter
Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Preheat your pellet grill to High or 400° F
- 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- 2 .25 ounce can sliced olives
- 4 ounce can diced jalapeños
- 16 ounces shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips
- Salsa
- Smoked buffalo chicken
Sweet Lauryn's BBQ Sauce- gallon

Combine all the ingredients except the water and corn starch mixture in a medium size sauce pot
- 10 cups ketchup
- 8 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 cup molasses
- 2 cup pineapple juice (or you can sub apple cider vinegar)
- 2 TBS corn starch and 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3/8 cup ground mustard
- 1/3 cup paprika
- 1 TBS + 1 TSP garlic powder
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 2 TBS + 2 TSP pepper
- 2 TBS + 2 TSP Franks
- 4 Tsp Liquid Hickory smoke
BRUSSELS SPROUTS GRATIN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8″x12″ gratin dish or casserole with olive oil
- Ingredients:
- 16 oz brussels sprouts, trimmed of outer leaves and sliced in half
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper, to taste
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup chopped shallots
- 2 tsp all purpose flour (or gluten free flour for GF)
- 3/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 oz grated Gruyere cheese, divided
Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans

I found this a few years ago on a BBQ message board
- 8 slice bacon
- 1/2 onion - diced
- 1/2 bell pepper - diced
- 2 or 3 jalapenos - diced (deseed for less heat)
- 55 oz bush's baked beans - large can original flavor
- 8 oz pineapple chunks - drained
- 1 c brown sugar - packed
- 1 c ketchup
- 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp dry mustard
- aluminum pan 12x9 or deep 9x9
Jalapeno Poppers in a Blanket

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- All-purpose flour
- 1 (17.3 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed according to package directions
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 medium jalapeno peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
Barbecue Chicken w Alabama White BBQ Sauce and Whiskey Hollow Barbecue Beans

The first time I tried Alabama white sauce was on the show TLC's BBQ Pitmasters
- BBQ Chicken ingredients
- 8 Chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup Slap Yo Daddy Jailbird Chicken rub
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 8 small pieces
- White BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Apple Cider vinegar (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Louisiana Hot sauce to taste (I used Red Rooster from Food for Less)
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- A few teaspoons of apple juice, as needed, to thin the sauce so it coats the back of a spoon
Chex Mix

melt margarine in open roasting pan at 250*, stir in seasonings
- box of Wheat Chex
- box of Corn Chex
- Pretzles
- Sesame Stix
- Goldfish
- Peanuts
- 5 tablespoons Worchestershire
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 2 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
