- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. milk chocolate morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. Golden Graham cereal (9c.)
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows

Prepare graham cracker crust according to instructions
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust, or make your own (depends how lazy I am)
- 2 (16 ounce) packages medium to extra-firm tofu tofu (silken, if you can find it...I can't)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. almond butter or tahini
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 4 tbsp. soymilk

- 1 cup millet
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 diced carrot
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Steps
- 1 .Add 1 cup millet to 4 cups water
- 2 .Add 1/2 diced carrot, 1/2 diced onion, and 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 .Simmer for 40 minutes
- For the Patties
- 2 cups cooked millet (see above)
