Thaw potatoes. Combine with melted margarine
- 2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 Cup melted margarine, 1 stick
- 1 can cream of chicken sout
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Mom's Macaroni Salad

1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- 1 tsp. celery salt

- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5 tbsp. mayo

- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 pounds shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, with 1 cup reserved for garnish
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled, with 1/4 cup reserved for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
