Chicken ala Crescents
- 1/3 cup crushed herb-seasoned croutons or breadstuffing
- 1 pkg cream cheese & softened (4 Oz)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cans boned chicken (10 oz total)
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 pkg chicken gravy mix
Combine crushed croutons with 2 tbsp butter and cream cheese. Add chicken and set aside.
Separate crescents in 8 triangles. Spread each with chicken mix. Roll up, start at shortest side of triangle and roll to opposite point. Tuck side and point under to seal completely.
Dip rolls in 3 tbsp melted butter. Coat with crumbs.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
